Is Naina a real person?
No. Naina is an AI companion. She's warm, remembers you and texts naturally, but she's software, and she isn't a therapist, doctor or substitute for professional help.
How does the trial work?
Your first 5 messages are free, no card needed. After that you can start a ₹1, 3-day trial through UPI AutoPay. When the trial ends you're charged ₹100 a month until you cancel.
How do I cancel?
Anytime, from the app or by revoking the UPI AutoPay mandate in your UPI app. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. See the Refund Policy for details.
Does she really remember things?
Yes. Naina keeps a long-term memory of the important things you tell her — people, plans, preferences — and uses it in later conversations.
Which languages does she speak?
