Refund & Cancellation Policy
Trial
The ₹1 trial covers 3 days of full access. It is non-refundable, as it's a nominal charge to start the trial and confirm your UPI AutoPay mandate. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first ₹100 charge.
Monthly plan
₹100 is charged monthly through UPI AutoPay. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund partly-used months.
When we will refund
- You were charged twice for the same period.
- You were charged after cancelling, as long as you cancelled before the renewal date.
- A technical fault on our side meant you couldn't use the service for most of the paid period.
Write to us within 7 days of the charge and include the phone number on your account.
How to cancel
- In the app, or
- by revoking the Naina AutoPay mandate in your UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM and others) under Autopay / Mandates.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay and typically reach your account in 5–7 business days.
