These terms govern your use of Naina, provided by [Company Name]. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.
1. What Naina is
Naina is an AI companion. Replies are generated by artificial intelligence, not a human. Naina is not a licensed therapist, doctor, lawyer or financial adviser and can make mistakes. Don't rely on her for medical, legal, financial or emergency decisions. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a helpline.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter a contract in India to use the app.
3. Your account
You sign in with your phone number. Keep your device and codes secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
4. Free messages, trial and subscription
- The first 5 messages are free.
- You can start a ₹1, 3-day trial. By starting it you authorise a UPI AutoPay mandate. After the trial we charge ₹100 per month, automatically, until you cancel.
- Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise and may change with advance notice.
- You can cancel anytime; see our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use the app to break the law, harass or exploit others, attempt to extract or reverse-engineer our systems, overload the service, or generate content involving minors or non-consensual material. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of what you send. You grant us a limited licence to process it to provide the service (including sending it to the providers listed in our Privacy Policy).
7. Availability
We aim for a reliable service but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features and the AI's behaviour may change.
8. Termination
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and [Company Name] isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it arose.
10. Governing law
